The guiding principles:
#1: Rather than trying to cover the entire IT market, we focus on niche areas where the company has a unique advantage: SaaS, Golang+Bun, Cloud Native, Scalability, high-load systems.
#2: Earn mentions where credibility is built. We must focus on contextual mentions from relevant, authoritative sources (forums, expert blogs, podcasts, industry reports, and authoritative media).
#3: More attention to AEO. Build for AI retrieval first; Google rankings follow as a byproduct.
#4: To increase our brand's visibility, we need to create content that people will want to share.
#5: Make as much types of content as we can on the one piece of the material: blog posts, newsletters, guest posts, videos, infographics and so on.

Priority tasks

Entity consistency: We need to ensure that our brand information is consistent across all sources that AI reads: on our website, in blogs, company profiles, catalogs, media, and partner materials. The name, service descriptions, value propositions, geographic coverage, and product categories—all of this must “sound the same.” Otherwise, AI won’t know which information to trust—and simply won’t mention us in its response.
Implementing AEO-first - improve visibility for AI search:
Content must be well-organized with logical headings, internal links, and clear topical focus. Pages that explain concepts thoroughly, reference credible sources, and demonstrate subject mastery are more likely to be retrieved and cited by AI systems.
Prepare for agent-driven search experiences: To stay visible, we must standardise information across our website, third-party platforms, and business listings. Clear positioning, transparent value propositions, and structured content help agents quickly assess whether our offering matches user intent.
3. Changing the positioning of the site from “app development” to “AI development”, “Cloud Native development”:
All the elements in footer must be changed (iOS, Android, Swift, Flutter, Apple Watch - it’s out of date).
Maybe we should remove the USA phone number ‘cause of our APAC targeting
Update our profiles in the directories (Google Business Profile and so on) — add the AI category.
4. MadAppGang needs an active, branded GitHub repository. Open-sourcing a small Bun utility, a Golang library, or Kubernetes deployment scripts will earn high-authority backlinks and feed the AI models with your brand entity natively in a developer context.
5. Keyword clustering:
Clusters centred around high-performance technologies such as GoLang and the Bun runtime. This will enable us to attract clients who are specifically looking for speed and resource optimisation.
Given that Kubernetes and cloud-based AI platforms are currently all the rage, it is important to develop a semantic framework centred on the themes of ‘scaling AI workloads’ and ‘cloud-native infrastructure’.
6. Competitor Benchmarking:
Competitors research: Make a competitors list due to new positioning.
Competitor audit: Analyse competitors’ websites with a high Authority Score. What type of content do they publish: technical case studies, white papers or short explanatory articles?
Keyword Gap Analysis: Identify the key search terms for which our direct competitors rank, but we do not. This is the quickest way to identify gaps in our content.
7. Content strategy:
For the IT sector, the E-E-A-T approach (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) works best.
Deep Dives: We’ll publish in-depth technical content (for example, a performance comparison between Bun and Node.js).
Case studies and architecture: Every services page should be backed up by real-world examples of architectural solutions. Visualising complex diagrams will help not only with SEO (via image search) but also with conversions - minimum 1 in a month.
Digests with analyzing news. Instead of "AI Weekly Digest," create "Architectural Teardowns of AI News" (e.g., "What OpenAI's new model means for your Kubernetes cluster costs").
Guest posting on technical resources: Increasing brand awareness, building backlinks, and boosting search engine trust.
8. Technical SEO and Core Web Vitals:
For a company specialising in productivity software, its own website must be flawless in terms of speed.
Page load speed: Optimisation for LCP.
Micro-markup (Schema.org): We’ll add markup for FAQs, articles and Technical Services to get rich snippets in search results.
Go beyond the basics. Implement:
Organization schema with sameAs links pointing to your GitHub, LinkedIn, and authoritative directories (Crucial for Entity Consistency).
SoftwareSourceCode or TechArticle schema for your deep dives into Golang/Bun.
VideoObject schema for Jack’s explainer videos (including the transcript property, which is pure gold for AI web crawlers).
9. Create and optimise individual service pages for commercial enquiries:
They’ll be a tool for converting a visitor (potential customer) into a lead. The structure of such a page may be like this:
Hero Section: A clear heading (H1) containing a keyword and a clear value proposition (what exactly we do and what problem we solve).
Tech stack: A list of the tools used (logos for Go, Docker, AWS, etc.). This is important for SEO and for building trust with CTO clients.
Workflow: A step-by-step description of how our interact with the client (from the Discovery phase to Deployment).
Case Studies: Short sections showcasing the results of similar projects. This demonstrates our expertise.
FAQ: Helps address client objections and adds relevant text content to the page for search engines.
CTA: A prominent ‘Get a Quote’ or ‘Book a Consultation’ button, or a feedback form.
10. Creating clear solid structure: Content must follow a clear hierarchy — pillar pages supported by related subtopics. We must build an ecosystem of related knowledge.
11. Make an accent on localisation. Local signals are increasingly influencing which brands AI includes in its responses.
12. Create more short video explainers. HubSpot notes that AI responses are increasingly being generated based on videos with transcripts, rather than just articles. YouTube remains one of the key sources of “answers” for AI, provided the video has a clear structure and accompanying text.
For examle: Jack writing a 2,000-word article on "EKS vs ECS" is good. Jack recording a 12-minute video on the same topic — with a transcript, chapters, and structured description — gets that content into YouTube search, Google video results, and AI training pipelines simultaneously. That's a 3x multiplier on the same intellectual investment.
